Opportunities for students and professors who are working with the PCI Foundation as part of our grants program and are attending the PCI Convention in Kansas City are listed below. If you have questions, be sure to send an email to info@pci-foundation.org

Convention Registration

Students who are PCI Student Members will receive free registration for the convention. They should use the code CVSTUDENT

Professors who are PCI Academic Members will receive a discounted rate of $315 (early bird) or $415 (after January 20, 2022). They should use the code CVACAD

To Receive Travel Funding

Once again the PCI Foundation is supporting our school program Professors and students who wish to travel to the PCI Convention. This year, I have implemented an application process for the grant to help keep it on track. You can be sent the funds as soon as you register for the convention. It will not be income as long as you send us your receipts after you travel.

Student & Professor Hotel Room Block

The PCI Foundation hotel room block is sold out. You can make reservations through PCI's room block at the Loews hotel in Kansas City. Check out information on the PCI website.

Student Poster Session

Please let executive director Ray Clark know if your school plans to have a poster at the show. If so, you will have a poster in Booth #2433, which is in the middle of the show floor, right next to the PCI booth.

Because you are a student and an exhibitor, you should register with a free student membership and then when you get to registration ASK FOR AN EXHIBITOR BADGE HOLDER. If you run into any issues with this ask for Cindi Ward who manages the registration desk, and she will get you sorted out.

You may put up your poster as soon as you arrive at the show. There will be a “space holder” poster for each school where your poster belongs. Please use that space. The best timeframe for putting up your posters is Wednesday between 11 and 5 pm or Thursday between 8 am and 10 am

Students who participate in Project Precast will not be able to take part in the poster session.
